CEPSAF is a nonpartisan, non-profit international centre committed to advancing academic research in the quest for the two commodities ordinary Afghans have been longing for decades: peace and security. Peace and security are only possible in Afghanistan when there is stability in the region, so the centre also focuses on Central Asia and South Asia.
